Emerge Survival Refund & Return Policies
Emerge Survival products* have a 90-day return period (from delivery date) with a 15% restocking fee from the sale price of the product being returned. The restocking fee is a necessary fee that covers original shipping costs, processing fees, and inspection time to ensure products are returned with all included items. The return must be initiated by the customer before the last day of the return period.
All returned merchandise must have an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number). To initiate a return and request an RMA#, contact customer support via email at support@emergesurvival.com The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Emerge Survival can provide a pre-paid return label, if the customer prefers, and the price of the label would be deducted from the refund amount. After receiving approval and an RMA#, the customer has 7 days to give the package to the shipping carrier.
The products must be returned in like-new condition and will be inspected to ensure like-new condition. Additional fees may be applied for damaged or missing items.

Like-New Condition
Products shall be deemed “like new” if one of the following elements is satisfied: 1) the product is unopened; 2) the product is unused and the packaging is in a condition to be resold as new; 3) for consumables, the product is unopened and completely sealed.
If the product is damaged beyond the point of being able to be reasonably resold as a “used product,” no refund will be awarded, and the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them at their expense within 30 days of Emerge Survival inspecting the returned product.
Cancellations
If the customer chooses to cancel their purchase before the product is shipped, they will receive a full refund. The regular refund policy (see above) will be applied if the customer cancels their purchase after the product has been shipped.

Refund Method
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment and are based on the actual price paid. If the original payment method is no longer active or cannot be refunded for any reason, the refund will be given in the form of store credit. If a customer does not have an order number, cannot show proof of payment, or is not found in the Emerge Survival systems, no refund can be issued. Customers may not get monetary refunds for coupons, credits, or discounts used.
Price Matching
If an item goes on sale within 7 days of purchase, the customer may be eligible for a price match during the time of the sale if they reach out to customer service. If the purchase was made more than 7 days prior to a sale or promotion, the customer is not eligible for price matching.
Items not Returnable
Products shall not be considered returnable if Emerge Survival discloses prior to purchase that the products are not subject to the Return Policy due to a special promotion, offer, etc.
Food Storage Return Policy
Any opened food is not eligible for a refund.
Large orders of more than 6-months worth of food may not ship from Emerge Survival directly and could come from their respective manufacturers throughout the USA. If this is the case, you will be informed because delivery may be shipped by freight with specific delivery windows to arrange. If you wish to return a food storage order that was shipped from a manufacturer, do not return the items to the address on the shipping labels. Ensure you obtain an RMA# from support@emergesurvival.com and follow the specific instructions for returning your food storage items.
By nature of these freight deliveries, if it is returned to sender by fault of the customer, payment for the 2nd shipping attempt must be collected prior to re-shipping.
Products From 3rd Parties
Some items sold on EmergeSurvival.com, like the Lion Energy Emergency Backup Battery System, will ship directly from their facilities. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, you must notify support@emergesurvival.com within 24 hours of your order being placed for a full refund. If you wish to return an item that was shipped from their facility, do not return the items to the address on the shipping labels. Ensure you obtain an RMA# from support@emergesurvival.com and follow the normal return procedure.
