Emerge Survival Shipping Policies

Shipping is free for all items over $30 USD in the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico have small shipping charges shown in the checkout.

International shipping is available upon request and priced accordingly to save you the most money possible. We can ship some products internationally, it all depends on what that country that will allow. Contact us for details. Some examples of countries we cannot ship to due to the contents of the kits are: Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, China, etc.

All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. We use UPS or FedEx for most shipments, and you can manage your delivery through their portal once the item has shipped. When items are in stock, they will be shipped within 5 business days. All shipments to customers are shipped from our warehouse in Utah, USA.



Damage in Transit

If the product is damaged during shipping, or is defective upon arrival, customer support must be notified within 72 hours of delivery and images of the damage or defect must be provided. Emerge Survival will issue a product replacement, if the customer qualifies. Depending on the item, a return label with an RMA# will be provided by Emerge Survival. The customer must return the damaged or defective product within 30 days of the original delivery date or they will be charged for the replacement product.

Delivery Issues

If your shipment tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate the package, or if the tracking has not shown movement for longer than 5 business days, reach out to the shipping carrier immediately to open a claim. Emerge Support can help you with the process to file a claim and investigate everything possible with the shipping carrier.

If the shipment is missing after valid proof of delivery shows it was delivered to the right address (ex: a porch pirate steals your package), it is not the responsibility of Emerge Survival, and no refund or replacement is owed to the customer.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your Emerge Kit arrives with missing items, or if you received an incorrect product, contact customer support as soon as possible. Emerge Survival will ship out a replacement item(s) within 2 weeks of receiving notice of the missing/incorrect item(s). Replacement of missing/incorrect items will only be honored within 90 days of delivery of the order in question. The customer will not be responsible for replacement product costs or shipping costs if they are within the 90-day window.
